PALUKU MATHE Patrick Patson is a young 21-year-old Congolese entrepreneur, single, Founder and General Manager of Afroagripreneurs Network and Country Director of RAPEA in the DRC, headquartered in Dakar. Initiator and Organizer of several forums and conferences that fit with the entrepreneurship, leadership, personal development, emotional intelligence, the UN 2030 agenda and the African Union Agenda 2063.
