Gabriel is a IT expert who specializes in open governance and utilizes digital tools to promote open public data and citizen participation in public policy. He is deeply passionate about technology and its potential to bring about social transformation. His main focus is on finding innovative solutions that encourage transparency, collaboration, and citizen engagement.

He actively participates in various national and international initiatives that aim to promote the use of geospatial data in the decision-making process. He firmly believes that geographic information provides a unique perspective for visualizing and addressing complex issues, and he considers this data to be a powerful tool for informing strategic decisions.

He is also part of the Cities Coalition for Digital Rights Africa (CC4DR Africa) to promote Human Right Online, Data Governance, AI Ethics…, member of Generation Democracy initiative, member of Earth Charter Young Leaders to promote Leadership , Ethics and Sustainability in Africa.
