AfroLeadership designs and develops technological tools such as software and platforms dedicated to the implementation of the digital strategies of public and private institutions. It is in this capacity that AfroLeadership engineers have developed the WeParticipate digital platform, based on the Decidim open source code and made up of several integrated Ruby On Rails gems.

WeParticipate is a digital platform dedicated to supporting any type of deliberative process for decision-making, in a logic of transparency, neutrality, control, monitoring, and broad citizen participation. It increases trust between community actors on the one hand, and between the community and public institutions on the other.
